not sure how the screening is questionable. the league wasn’t very smart in amending the rules because of Avery…as they specified FACING the goalie. so far the rules do not prevent a player from jumping around or flailing his arms while standing with his BACK to the goalie.
out of all this, the only “there” there is the elbow. should be reviewed and suspendable. seems like it pretty blatant and intentional.
