Paul Ranger Stretchered Off The Ice In Toronto

03/19/2014 at 7:55pm EDT

What Simmons writes seems to be the consensus of those who are commenting on the hit.

Ranger turned at the last second which certainly did not help, but it was still a bad decision by Killorn to make the hit from behind in the first place.

Ranger was seen moving his legs a few times while laying face down on the ice.

Killorn did receive five for boarding and a game.
