Back from post Winter Classic mini vacation. The Winter Classic snowstorm looks great on screen for those of you that are part of the 8.2 million in North America that tuned in; but it was not fun driving in. Took over six hours to make a drive that maybe takes two and a half on a normal trip.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have teamed up with Special Olympics Florida to host a Special Olympics Night at the Tampa Bay Times Forum this Thursday, January 9 when the Bolts host the Washington Capitals at 7:30 p.m.
The Lightning will be welcoming more than 750 athletes, their families, volunteers and staff from Special Olympics Florida to Thursday’s game. Members from Special Olympics Florida will be participating in the Lightning’s High Five Tunnel before the game, Zamboni rides and will watch the pre-game warm-ups from the penalty box.
