Over the last 24 hours some of you may have been experiencing KK loading issues and I'd like to apologize for the issue.
However, it looks like the problem has been found and it is being worked on.

November 9th 2012 - 1:45PM CST] We’re continuing to investigate into yesterday’s downtime. We’ve isolated the root cause to what appears to be a shared web and database server cluster. We’re diving in and will post when we have more updates. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

[November 9th 2012 - 2:33PM CST] In an attempt to identify where the exact cause of these performance impacts are we have taken some of our shared web clusters offline. We’re moving forward with our investigation and are enabling web clusters as they are ruled out as a source of the cause. Thank you for your continued patience.
