deal could be a steal for Buffalo. Player gets certainty for 7 years too. I think it buys about 2 years of UFA from Cozens too - becomes UFA at age 29. At 29 - he can sign a monster deal then too. From what I can tell - there is not going to be a NMC or no trade clause on this contract which makes it more palatable for the team. Unless it was not disclosed on CapFriendly. WIN-WIN deal.
