The program also featured a Twitter vote for the first time, from Jan. 12-14. All Twitter votes were combined with online vote totals.

The players added by the 2023 NHL® All-Star Fan Vote™ presented by Guaranteed Rate reflect the top vote-getters in each division, excluding those players who presented bona fide reasons for non-participation and who were excused as a result.

In all, fans cast more than 26.5 million votes over 13 days in the 2023 NHL All-Star Fan Vote™ presented by Guaranteed Rate, more than double the votes generated in All-Star voting last year.

The 12 All-Stars named today join the 32 players previously selected to All-Star rosters by the NHL’s Hockey Operations Department.
