NEW YORK (Nov. 25, 2021) – Winnipeg Jets defenseman Josh Morrissey has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for slashing Columbus Blue Jackets forward Alexandre Texier during NHL Game No. 297 in Columbus on Wednesday, Nov. 24, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.
The incident occurred at 16:27 of the third period. Morrissey was assessed a minor penalty for slashing.
NEW YORK (Nov. 25, 2021) – Columbus Blue Jackets forward Max Domi has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for unsportsmanlike conduct during NHL Game No. 297 in Columbus on Wednesday, Nov. 24, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.
The incident occurred at 2:20 of the third period. Domi was assessed a double-minor penalty for roughing.
NEW YORK (Nov. 25, 2021) – Ottawa Senators defenseman Nikita Zaitsev has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for cross-checking San Jose Sharks forward Timo Meier during NHL Game No. 302 in San Jose on Wednesday, Nov. 24, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.
The incident occurred at 4:03 of the third period.
