“There was an icing and we’re trying to put the same guys on the ice and they say there should be different guys out there and they give us a delay-of-game penalty,” Julien said. “Most of the penalties were penalties and we take responsibility, but (the referees) have to take some responsibility. After that, I don’t knew whether they felt embarrassed, but they made sure we weren’t getting any breaks. There was the stick to (Jonathan) Drouin’s face that everyone saw (and) I’m not sold on the ruling on the penalty shot.”
