The sale of former National Hockey League goaltender Mike Vernon’s custom-built home has set a record for the highest MLS residential sale price in Calgary.
The Calgary mansion sold for $10.3 million, eclipsing the previous record sale in June 2008 of a six-bedroom home which sold for $7.5 million.
