Penguins Lose Two More Key Players To Injuries

from Sam Kasan at the Penguins website,

Center Jordan Staal is out 4-6 weeks with a knee injury after he collided knee-on-knee with Rangers forward Mike Rupp Friday night, according to head coach Dan Bylsma. Staal will not need surgery.

Forward James Neal, who leads the team with 21 goals, will be out indefinitely with a broken foot. Bylsma said it will be “weeks, not days.”

Seems like the entire team spent the offseason walking under ladders and stepping on sidewalk cracks in order to kick black cats in the butts. This is completely stupid.

Poor Penguins. They are going to need to steal real penguins from the zoo pretty soon just to have enough bodies.

Nope the season was F’d when they let Sid tell them who he wanted on his Line Dupuis & Kunitz, Where he was going to play on the PP & what type of PP they were going to use ! & that led to Him telling him that he was Fine after the 1st Concussion even though on 24/7 He looked like he had just staggered out of a Southside Bar on a Saturdaynight/Sunday Morning Then they let him play the Next game, Extreme Exertion while Concussed a Huge No-No while recovering from a Concussion & on top of that Got a 2nd Concussion & then they let him fly to Montreal with the Team another HUGE No-No when Recovering/Dealing with a Concussion

Without Sid they are an average team Nothing more

I’ve never seen anything like this.  So many injuries.  And f*cking Steve Sullivan is one of the guys that hasn’t missed a game!

Nope the season was F’d when they let Sid tell them who he wanted on his Line Dupuis & Kunitz

Because that was working out terribly with 32 goals and 34 assists in 41 games.

Are all these injuries because of Sid too, EP?  He told Shero and Bylsma that he wanted all those guys hurt.  So Shero put in a call to Rupp to take out Staal’s knee…and probably had Sykora break Neal’s foot.  Crosby, obviously, called Montreal’s management himself - because he’s Canadian - to put the hit on Letang.  I heard it was Bylsma who took Adam’s knee out today, too…per 87’s request.  Glad we can all rest knowing the truth behind what’s happening here.  Thanks EP!

Nope Genius I said the season was Over last Season when they allowed Sid to continue to playn with his” Bell Rung” at ther Very least ! Steelers didn’t Let Polamalu or Ward back in the Game even after the Players said they were OK ! Sid CLEARLY runs this team & OrganIzation Just Like Mario & Jagr !

& Sid Complained because NO ONE treated him like One Of the Guys other that Armstrong & Then Guerin, Well to be treat like 1 Of the Guys Sids you Have to live by the “Guys” rules too

In 09, the Wings faced the same thing. Only one other team lost more man games, and it was to role players. It’s a long season - lots of time to recover.

It’s funny because it’s true.

By the way Flash Gordon use the Whole Quote, Not cherrypick 1 Part q

I “cherry picked” that part because it was what the rest of your ridiculous premise was set upon.  And if I listened to you, I’d never get done chasing my tail.  Because, according to you, Shero will NEVER trade Staal because he’s his golden boy and Bylsma LOVES Craig Adams and will never sit him…but they both let Crosby push them around.  Right.  Great logic.

You know what happened?  Crosby told them he was okay.  They believed him.  Just like, I’m sure, Colby Armstrong told the Leafs he was okay.  And how I’m sure Eric Lindros told the Flyers he was okay.  That’s as far as it goes, Dicky.  No conspiracy.  No power struggle.  Deal with it.

Oh, and the Flash and Flash Gordon are two different things.  If you’re going to “insult” me, get it right, ey?

yes I did I have been on record saying Dupuis & Kunitz are OK on sid’s line but without Sid they are 3rd Line Wingers & Staal is a 3rd Line C Not a 2nd Line C or 1st Line C & you Kool-Aid Drinking Morons went apeshit because I had the Temerity to go against Joseph Goebbels Pens PR Blitz

Nice try Flash Gordon Underoos
