NEW YORK -- The National Hockey League announced today that it has completed its independent review of the Patrick Kane matter, the final stage of which included an in-person meeting between Kane and Commissioner Gary Bettman in New York on Monday, March 7. Based on its review, including the determination made by the Erie County District Attorney not to pursue charges, the NHL has concluded that the allegations made against Kane were unfounded. The League considers the matter closed and will have no further comment.

Maybe Bill Cosby should call him for advice on how to get away with it.

I’m sure bill cosby would be in much better shape if his “victim’s” family had planted make believe rape kit evidence around town too.

Oh yeah, the victim’s family definitely did that, because it would help their case how, exactly?
Nevermind, don’t answer that Mister Kane.

Not to pursue charges is a lot different than unfounded Dumbass Bettman. Not enough evidence, payoff witnesses??? He really is an arrogant little piss ant!

They aren’t pressing charges because there was not enough evidence. It seems pretty absurd that most of you are assuming he committed the act. Innocent until proven guilty, which I’m sure you’d appreciate if you somehow ended up being wrongly accused of something.

@NHLJeff I agree completely. People seem to be letting their disdain for Chicago cloud their judgment. It’s petty.

How dare you discuss evidence. An allegation is more than enough to draw a valid conclusion.

Its the downfall of a blog dominated by one team’s fans.
No DNA found below the waist. Get over it, Wings fans.

The victim’s mother did it. Their lawyer quit because of it.
