Oilers lose Ryan Nugent-Hopkins ‘long-term’ due to hand injury

From Sportsnet's Scott Lewis:

The Edmonton Oilers‘ win over the Florida Panthers Monday did not come without a loss.

Centre Ryan Nugent-Hopkins suffered a significant hand injury and will be out of the lineup long-term, head coach Todd McLellan announced following the game.

Nugent-Hopkins left the game in the second period and did not return.

The 22-year-old has eight goals and 22 assists in 46 games this season.
