“I have nothing bad to say about my experience here and being a (his current team), and I've really enjoyed it. Hopefully we can keep going.”

- “I’m still hopeful that we can agree on something and come to terms, but if it was up to me, I would have liked it to be done eight months ago, 10 months ago.”

- “I think we see across the league that if you want to win, then you need three quality centre players and players who are good at both ends of the ice,” (the player) said.
