“The moment I thought the referees were off the ice, I was taking out my own frustration. I’m an adult. It shouldn’t be at that point. We shouldn’t be sitting here talking about the referees after two great teams played hockey. But we are.

“I felt like the game just – it got out of hand. … I accept full responsibility for my stupidity and my role in that. That was my fault. That won’t happen again from my teammates and me.”
