Marc-Andre Fleury May Be Close To A Return

from Mike Zeisberger of the Toronto Sun,

As much as Fleury was the spine of the team during the regular season, how does it make sense for coach Mike Sullivan and the rest of the Pittsburgh braintrust to disrupt the run their team is on by banishing Murray to the pines?

For the record, Sullivan said Fleury is making “significant progress,” adding that he still remains “day-to-day.”

“We’re obviously a better team when he’s part of it,” Sullivan said. “We rely heavily on our medical staff and the doctors. That’s where we’re at at this point.”

Having said that, Sullivan also heaped praise on Murray.
