Holmstrom Out With Groin Injury

Tomas Holmstrom didn’t skate and won’t play Sunday vs. Nashville due to a groin injury he suffered in practice on Friday. Holmstrom said he’ll have an ultrasound on Sunday. He said he’s concerned about it, that it’s worse than it’s felt before.
“I pulled something in the groin area,’’ Holmstrom said. “I couldn’t push away (in practice Friday). Of course I’m concerned. I had something earlier this year but it went away, but never this bad.’‘
