Vegas Golden Knights head coach Gerard Gallant has captured the Jack Adams Award as “the NHL coach adjudged to have contributed the most to his team’s success,” as selected by the NHL Broadcasters’ Association.
Gallant dominated Jack Adams balloting by attracting 102 first-place votes among the 108 ballots cast for 525 voting points. Second-place Bruce Cassidy of the Boston Bruins received two first-place votes and 153 voting points, while third-place Jared Bednar of the Colorado Avalanche was the top selection on four ballots in collecting 114 points.
