I’m not a big fan of pro athletes playing in the olympics but most are now. It was great back “in the day” when underdog USA amateur athletes were playing against Soviet professionals but that’s not what it’s like now. Now the USA has all the top dog athletes and everyone else is gunning for them. I say, let the other countries decide is professionals should be allowed or not. As an American I know even our amateurs (mostly college) athletes are still really good and world class.
