Corey Perry Has A Knee Injury, More Evaluation Needed

Ducks forward Corey Perry has a knee injury and will be further evaluated when the team returns to Anaheim. The Ducks play at Winnipeg tomorrow (Sunday) at noon PT.
Perry was injured on a hip check delivered by Minnesota Wild defenseman Keith Ballard at the 9:40 mark of the first period in Anaheim’s 5-4 victory at Xcel Energy Center on Friday night. Perry needed assistance off the ice and did not return to the game.
Perry skated in 2:20 TOI, going scoreless. The Peterborough, Ontario native leads the Ducks with 14 goals and ranks second on the team with 22 points.
