Chris Kunitz and Scott Hartnell Meet In A Scrum

Chris Kunitz has a flashback to his Anaheim days, gets involved with Hartnell, just to play the agitator role.

Also from the same game, Hartnell high sticks his own player, Zac Rinaldo.  You can watch the incident below…

hartnell is one of those guys you hate unless he is on your team.  as a pens fan i cant stand the guy, and to see him score twice—one of which was an OT winner, was killer.

I wish we had just one guy who would do that. Abby i guess would, but one more would be nice.

Hartnell has been going after Kunitz and Letang for years, so I am not surprised the way he reacted.  I’m sure the league will look at it, but even if he is out a game or two, it was definitely worth it.  That was a hell of a slash on Rinaldo though.  Could happen to a nicer guy…

Of all the guys, it would be him.  The way the Pens dominated the 2nd….ugh.  Oh well.  Really glad they got 5 of 6 from Thursday to Sunday and now the control of the division/conference is in their own hands.  Hopefully they take their frustration out on Winnipeg and go from there.

Hartnell is such an idiot, and not to mention, a pussy.  Anyone who didn’t catch the Bruins/Flyers from this past Saturday…Hartnell backed down from 2 or 3 altercations that he initiated, but once the Bruin went back at him he skated right away and didn’t look back.

Kunitz ought to be suspended. I don’t care if Hartnell is a punk.

Heart breaking loss after playing well most of the game. Give credit to the Flyers for taking advantage of a couple of stupid penalties. Sucks to give Hartnell two goals though, but at least Kunitz gave him something for his trouble. This game underscores the biggest reason why the Pens need to catch the Rangers. We don’t want to face Philly in the 1st round. (I doubt they want to face the Pens, either though.)

Kunitz is a punk. I can’t stand him never could. Hartnell is just about as bad but if you asked me who is worse it’s kunitz

Watched the video again Kunitz needs to be suspended for the rest of the season. You don’t grind your knee into another players face. What an ahole

For those who did not mention Hartnall’s retaliation.

Here it is. http://video.nhl.com/videocenter/console?catid=35&id=165794

Jason - New to the game?  Rest of the season?  Only Hartnell’s mother would think that.

Jack McFly: I didn’t know getting on top of another player and grinding your knee into there head and face was a long standing tradition in hockey.

for the record i can’t stand Hartnell going back to when he took out Yuri Fisher’s knee. So i’m no fan but what Kunitz did was wrong!!!
