Just like FBI hiring criminal hackers, this move makes sense to me. No better person to talk about safety then the guy who took some of the best cheapshots in the league during his time. He’ll be able to think of all of the ways to hurt someone.

This is a good thing other than the conflict of interest issue.  If Chris Pronger says you were a bad boy, not many people are gonna take up your cause.

1) conflict of interest while being paid by his current employer
2) how many draft picks does philly lose for cap circumvention?
3) will attempted damage to star player’s knees be handled by league discipline or just hilarious karma?

Another day, another Bettman scam turning this league into a laughing stock.

Let’s see. Pronger is a flyer who is owned by Comcast which owns NBC who owns American TV rights. Pretty smelly stuff if you ask me.
