Yep, and that’s why we can barely go a single day without having yet another player test positive! At this rate will only be a handful of teams who can even dress a full lineup for opening day.

Adding to the irony of how the NHL handles this, they know of players who have substance abuse issues but they don’t test them…or at least don’t do anything when there is a positive test.
Yeah? Like who?

It’s similar to the head trauma issues - the NHL knows there are problems, but they keep quiet about it which isn’t to the long term benefit of the individual players.
