Afternoon Line- Dale Weise

via Eric Engels tweets,

"I'm not going to lie, I know there's a good chance I'll be traded. It's sad because playing here is a dream come true."

"Of course being traded is on my mind with us on the outside looking in and my status as UFA. Chances are better than me staying."

-Dale Weise of the Montreal Canadiens.

I wouldn’t mind Dale on the Wings, heart and soul guy, chips in a few goals, a little physical.  If not the Wings, I hope he stays with Habs, he deserves it!

He wouldn’t be expensive??  Stop dreaming about Ladd, Stamkos, et al… We aren’t the Maple Leafs!!!

On George’s Blog someone mentioned Kane , Evander yet…  Pathetic

Habs would be foolish to let this skilled grinder go but who knows maybe Bergevin thinks can get a boatload back in trade for him.

I definitely agree with you Slumpy.  Good character guy and good in the room.  Tough to find and he desperately wants to stay in Montreal which is a very city to play in.

Interesting to see if he moves, maybe a rental and will return??

I sort of thinking the trade deadline day will be a tad boring.
