Well, Dave Nonis wasn’t stealing the stage with UFA’s yesterday, but he’s been hard at work nonetheless: “CKNW in Vancouver is reporting that the Vancouver Canucks have signed defenceman Lukas Krajicek to a two-year deal worth $2.2 million.”

Okay, it’s a start. And I’m glad to see a 2-year deal.

note: this is a healthy pay increase for Krajicek who made $625,000 last season.
