Witnessing The Spaghetti Cat the other day, I knew I had to drop him an email and tell him how impressed I was by his TV debut. And then much to my surprise a miracle happened: turns out The Spaghetti Cat is a Vancouver Canucks fan.
Fortunately he agreed to a videotaped interview and so here is our conversation on the state of the Canucks franchise:
The Spaghetti Cat is a wise, wise soul. Be warned that I may continue to exploit his expertise until the hockey season kicks into high gear.
(Cats, hockey and disco together. Honest to God—how is it that I don’t work for the Canucks PR department? Its a f@!king mystery…)

About Canucks and Beyond
Alanah McGinley has been blogging hockey since 2003 (with a notable gap in time through 2010, kicking it with new baby Lucy while living knee-deep in chaos while reading "parenting for complete idiots" during every spare minute) sharing opinions, rants and not-so-deep thoughts with anyone who will listen.
In addition to writing Canucks & Beyond and helping manage Kukla's Korner, Alanah was one of the founders and co-hosts of The Crazy Canucks Podcast. She has contributed pieces to FoxSports.com and the New York Times Slapshot blog, as well as other stray destinations in cyberspace.
