Scoring chances 5 on 5 in the first period- Leafs 20, Wings 1.
That should tell you how bad it was for the Wings who pulled Nedeljkovic after 11 minutes and down 3-1.
Toronto scored thirty three seconds into period two, then four minutes later and it's 5-1 Leafs. Then Mitch Marner completed a natural hat trick midway in the period and just like that, it's 6-1.
The Leafs added their 7th goal late in the period to make it 7-2 after two periods.
Nedeljkovic back in goal for the Wings to start the third period and the Wings respond with three quick goals in the first five minutes to make it 7-5. Jack Campbell pulled, Petr Mrazek in.
It's raining goals for the Wings, 7-6 with 14 1/2 minutes left. the Leafs score to make it 8-6 but Raymond scores quickly, 8-7. I feel like I am watching an old game of pong.
Wings go on a power play midway in the 3rd, Leafs score a shorty, 9-7.
Marner adds his fourth goal of the game to make it 10-7 with 4:19 left and there wasn't anymore scoring.
Next game is Tuesday when the Carolina Hurricanes are in town and I believe all the Detroit goals are below.
