The Wings looked like they have in the last 7 games, slow, disinterested and confused at times and found themselves down 3-1 after 2 periods.
Then they came out in th 3rd period looking like a different team. Detroit scored 2 goals in 5 minutes to tie th score 3-3.
Tyler Bertuzzi put Detroit up 4-3 with under 8 minutes to play but om the power play (too many men on the ice) Ryan O'Reilly tied the game with just over 4 minutes to play.
No more scoring so the teams headed to OT.
David Perron scores in OT and Wings lose 5-4.
