If the Wings keep playing a full 60 minute game, they'll beat most of the teams below them in the standings and will make it a competitive game against the teams above them.
The Wings lead 2-1 after two periods and added a power play goal but the Flyers scored to make it 3-2 with 10 minutes left in the third.
Philadelphia played much better in the third and the Wings spent too much time in their defensive zone, but Greiss and Detroit held on to win 4-2 with a late ENG by Detroit.
