Good teams lose tough games, then a good effort in a shootout loss (and is it just me or are shootouts suddenly boring, after watching awesome 3 on 3 hockey for five minutes, everything slows down to a crawl as the skills competition decides games), is not wasted. It's a good point.

It's a good point if you build on it against a team from a shithole city like Columbus (yes, it's truly a shithole, populated by shitheads). That shootout loss is a good point if you're a decent team and you get two points the next game.

That extra point would be nice tonight, against that team, from that city. It would just be nice.
