Welcome back 19. It's been a nice little break from hockey, and, what better way to get back into action than a game against the Avs. They are a very good team this season. They shamed the Wings in their last meeting, so, hopefully this group remembers, and, does not lay down. As of this writing, D-Boss is a game time decision, and, MacKinnon is out.

It's hard to believe that twenty-six years have passed since the Wings-Avs rivalry was the best in all of sports. Bar none. It's also pretty cool that the two former Captains of those storied teams, Steve Yzerman, and, Joe Sakic, are now once again in charge of their clubs at the GM level. I guess you could say we've come full circle.
