- Derek Lalonde said there was a request from management to see Elmer Soderblom in a top 6 role. He’ll get that tonight along with power play time.

- Also got to chat with Mo Seider this morning, he said he likes playing with Chiarot. Said he thinks they compliment each other well and Chiarot’s speed is “underrated.”

- Lalonde added to this saying that seeing Chiarot in person the last several days has given him an appreciation for his puck handling skills as well as his speed.

- Talked to Jeremie Biakabutuka this morning. He’ll play tonight & his first reaction when I asked him about was “this will be the fastest game I’ve ever played in.” Added that he received positive feedback from coaching staff after camp in Traverse City. Rooting for him.
