The Wings scored the first three goals of the first period, the Jets scored the last goal of the period. 3-1 Detroit after 20 minutes.
The Wings made it 4-1 early in the second period and Detroit added a late goal to make it 5-3 after 40 minutes.
It was one goal game early in the third when the Jets scored but 1:19 later, Fabbri scored to make it 6-4.
However, the Jets were not done. A power play goal with 5 minutes left made it a one goal game.
Thankfully, Detroit scores an empty net goal to make it a 7-5 final.

A wild game, but the Red Wings hung on tonight.
We were much better in the previous 3 games and lost all 3. Yesterday we were dominated for long stretches, but won. It was an important win.
