Updated Schedule For The Detroit Red Wings

DETROIT – The National Hockey League today announced a comprehensive update to the 2021-22 regular-season schedule, one that will enable all 32 teams to complete their respective 82-game slates by the regular season's original closing date of Friday, April 29.
The Red Wings updated schedule includes the below changes:

Looks good, no back to back, that’s important.  Only one long flight Minnesota to NY.

They play 5 games in 7 nights before this though:

at home vs Chicago 1/26,
travel to play Pittsburgh on 1/28 (7pm),
travel back home to Detroit for a 7pm with Toronto on 1/29,
play Anaheim on 1/31,
and then play LA on 2/2.

They’ll need a week to recover from that schedule.
