Wow! The Net-N-Nator (Ned-N-Nator?)!!!!! Very Hasek like again!  Those stops were amazing! Love this kid. He has heart!

Some great goals by the Wings. Pope Pius was at the right place at the right time at both ends of ice. He saved a goal and screened for a RW goal. Really like his play. Vrana on his wing will be incredible!

Nice Win!

Happy Thanksgiving 19! Safe travels and good health to all!

Blues are a better team and it showed, but nice character win on the back of Ned.
Zadina injured or benched?

Veleno was missing during the third period. I thought i saw Zadina out there but could be wrong.

Zadina was moved to the 4th line, Veleno left the game, no update per Blashill.

It was a decent showing and a good win. You might say Ned stole one for the good guys. But let’s not get too excited. Winning at home has to become a norm on the road to success. Winning on a consistent basis is the goal. We’ll get there… eventually.

Wings showed some resilience. They answered back when scored on, looks like they essentially ran 3 lines all 3rd period. Penalty kill only allowed the one goal when the Blues have been so dangerous this year.

And no powerplays for the Wings, either. Hard to score on it when you get no chances.

John Keating called Ned “the robber” and he kind of looked the part in the post game interview. I hope that nickname sticks haha.

Also Micky sounded rough last night and he cut his post game segment short because he was losing his voice. I hope he feels better soon.
