Before the last game against Dallas, I went ahead and looked at the standings. The Wings were behind 7 teams for the final wild card. That made me sad.

After the game I looked again, and man things are looking up.

Now we're behind only five.

But wait, according to the interns from Wayne State...if we win tonite, and NJ loses (if they even play and you know I'm not gonna look), then we're in the second wild card spot and next thing you know we're all clamoring for Finals tickets and then the hookers are wheeling up from down river and the fire trucks are lining Woodward and we've got ourselves a damn June parade.
