Viktor Tikhonov Recalled By Phoenix

GLENDALE, ARIZONA—Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled left wing Viktor Tikhonov from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.  In addition, defenseman David Schlemko has been re-assigned to the Rampage.

Tikhonov, 20, has recorded 3-4-7 and 12 penalty minutes (PIM) in 38 games with the Coyotes this season.  The rookie was activated from Injured Reserve and assigned to San Antonio on Feb. 4.  In four games with the Rampage, Tikhonov collected 2-1-3.
