Sharks Sign Andrew Murray

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the team has signed Group III unrestricted center Andrew Murray to a one-year contract. In keeping with club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Murray,29, collected eight points (four goals, four assists) in 29 games with the Columbus Blue Jackets last season, while also missing 31 games due to two separate injuries.
In 181 NHL games all with Columbus, Murray has posted 36 points (23 goals, 13 assists) and 32 penalty minutes.
