ANAHEIM, Calif. – The Anaheim Ducks announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club has recalled left wing Matt Beleskey from the Iowa Chops, Anaheim’s primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Last season, Beleskey collected 41-49=90 points with 106 PIM in 62 games, finishing 13th in OHL scoring and ninth in goals. He led the Bulls and finished fourth among league leaders in postseason scoring (12-21=33) en route to appearances in the OHL Championship Series and the Memorial Cup.

A native of Windsor, Ontario, Beleskey has never appeared in an NHL game.
