COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Columbus Blue Jackets have re-signed left wing Alexandre Picard to a one-year contract, club General Manager Scott Howson announced today. As is club policy, terms were not disclosed.

He tied for the team lead in goals, was second in power play goals (7) and tied for fourth in points. He became the only player in Crunch history to record back-to-back hat tricks when he scored three goals Mar. 20 vs. Rochester and four goals Mar. 21 vs. Albany. He finished the season scoring goals in 14 of the team’s final 22 games (20 goals).
