We've been seeing plenty of names on Buffalo's roster reported in trade talks, but not much has been mentioned in the way of whom they'd like to get back.
An aritcle this morning did indeed bring up the name of a promising young prospect attracting interest from the Sabres.
According to a report from The Fourth Period, Sabres GM Darcy Regier is making an effort to land Los Angeles Kings youngster Tyler Toffoli.
The 20-year-old center from Scarborough, Ontario is considered by many to be the top prospect in L.A.'s system. Although Robyn Regehr & Drew Stafford have been mentioned in talks between the Sabres and Kings, I'd be very surprised if those players were enough to land Toffoli. Scouts see him as having a great skill set and terrific upside. Check out his impressive goal against Chicago last night:
