Update Day

Paul here and I wanted to update you on George.

He is dealing with a few issues right now and as you saw he tried to come back yesterday but found it difficult to do so.

I don’t expect him back until sometime Wednesday or Thursday of next week at the earliest.

In the meantime, I will be doing the posts for him.  Of course they won’t be George-like but hopefully they will keep you informed.

The Wings are off today so really no news, but if you haven’t figured out all the possibilities for the Wings in round 1, Kahn breaks down all the scenarios for you.

Thanks a lot, Paul for keeping TMR going and for being so supportive of George.

Illness - of whatever kind - sucks and I’m sure it helps George to know that you, and his readers, are behind him and will be here when he returns.

With the playoff season in mind, thanks for the update on George’s “groin injury”, Paul.

Take it easy, George.

Thanks for the update.  Hope George makes a quick recovery, but also hope he takes as long as necessary.

Feel better soon, George. Playoffs won’t be the same without your stuff.

About The Malik Report

The Malik Report is a destination for all things Red Wings-related. I offer biased, perhaps unprofessional-at-times and verbose coverage of my favorite team, their prospects and developmental affiliates. I've joined the Kukla's Korner family with five years of blogging under my belt, and I hope you'll find almost everything you need to follow your Red Wings at a place where all opinions are created equal and we're all friends, talking about hockey and the team we love to follow.
