Toledo Walleye are holding their Teddy Bear Toss this evening

The Red Wings' ECHL affiliate will be holding their Teddy Bear Toss this evening, when Louis-Marc Aubry and Nick Jensen join Max Nicastro, Mark Tvrdon, Martin Frk, Trevor Parkes and Jared Coreau on a very Red Wings-prospect-heavy lineup when the team tangles against the Evansville IceMen tonight (and tonight honors first responders as well).

From the Walleye's PR department:

Be 'bear-y' generous on Saturday, November 23 and bring a teddy bear to toss on the Huntington Center ice after the Walleye score their first goal! The annual Teddy Bear Toss, presented by BCSN, is a can't miss, feel good, holiday event! All teddy bears will be donated to Lucas County Children Services and the Toledo Police Department.

Fans can bring their own Teddy Bears to the game, or they can purchase a ticket & teddy combo package for $20 each. If you already have a game ticket, teddy bears are just $6 each through the Swamp Shop.

About The Malik Report

The Malik Report is a destination for all things Red Wings-related. I offer biased, perhaps unprofessional-at-times and verbose coverage of my favorite team, their prospects and developmental affiliates. I've joined the Kukla's Korner family with five years of blogging under my belt, and I hope you'll find almost everything you need to follow your Red Wings at a place where all opinions are created equal and we're all friends, talking about hockey and the team we love to follow.
