The Malik Report

The Red Wings have apparently lost one of their steadiest players for the remainder of the year, per DetroitRedWings.com's Bill Roose:
This leaves the Red Wings with 12 healthy forwards (Patrick Eaves was scratched on Saturday). They have exhausted their four post-trade deadline call-ups from the Grand Rapids Griffins and would need an injury in order to recall a player on an emergency basis.
Also, Todd Bertuzzi could be ready to return this week.
Miller, who's in the final year of his contract, had four goals, four assists and a minus-8 rating this season.

About The Malik Report
The Malik Report is a destination for all things Red Wings-related. I offer biased, perhaps unprofessional-at-times and verbose coverage of my favorite team, their prospects and developmental affiliates. I've joined the Kukla's Korner family with five years of blogging under my belt, and I hope you'll find almost everything you need to follow your Red Wings at a place where all opinions are created equal and we're all friends, talking about hockey and the team we love to follow.
