The kid plays with emotion. I like it.

Nice little highlight clip there, but the WJC’s are a far cry from the bang n crash he’s gonna see tonight. I’d love to see the kid shine, but I’ll keep my size 10’s on terra firma.

The Blues have lost two games in a row but are one of the top-scoring teams in the NHL and have a lethal power play.
Mrazek doesn’t care.
“I’m never nervous,” he said. “I will go out there and play my best and enjoy every minute on the ice.”
Kid’s got stones, I’ll give him that. God help him.

I don’t give a shit if you’re enjoying every minute or miserable each second, Kindl. I just want to notice you on the ice and not get ready to cringe.

I see what you did there.

I love this kids attitude, love it. That’s that shit right there.

Holy hell, if the veterans need a shot in the arm from a very confident (hell, near borderline cocky) rookie netminder, there’s seriously something off about this team.
Having said that, if that’s what it takes to snap the team out of its stunningly inconsistent ways, so be it.

About The Malik Report
The Malik Report is a destination for all things Red Wings-related. I offer biased, perhaps unprofessional-at-times and verbose coverage of my favorite team, their prospects and developmental affiliates. I've joined the Kukla's Korner family with five years of blogging under my belt, and I hope you'll find almost everything you need to follow your Red Wings at a place where all opinions are created equal and we're all friends, talking about hockey and the team we love to follow.
Straight into the deep end for this stellar young goalie; I like it, and hopefully the team will play their hearts out for him (as well as themselves).
