Somehow, this doesn’t bother me like the Toews consoling. Don’t know why. Hmmmmmmm….

Someone just needs to show him the block he made early in the game, almost identical to this one, with an open net behind him, and he’ll be alright

Emotions run high in game sevens. If this were Toews and Crawford instead of Kronwall and Howard, I’d say the same thing.

It’s one thing for a man to nearly choke up in interviews because he’s not getting what he wants. It’s completely different when you’ve given your all, and the puck bounces off of you and into the back of your net.

it just shows how much it means to Kronwall.  and a classy move by Howard.

the whole team learned a lot of lessons this season, and this playoffs.  they’ll all be better for it next season.  with a training camp and a full season to work with, plus a healthy DeKeyser…the Wings should be a very, very good team.  23 years in a row, here we come!

About The Malik Report

The Malik Report is a destination for all things Red Wings-related. I offer biased, perhaps unprofessional-at-times and verbose coverage of my favorite team, their prospects and developmental affiliates. I've joined the Kukla's Korner family with five years of blogging under my belt, and I hope you'll find almost everything you need to follow your Red Wings at a place where all opinions are created equal and we're all friends, talking about hockey and the team we love to follow.
