NBC prohibits Penguins to use outdoor big screen for Game 3 (and beyond ?)

Excuse my French, but this in my book is quite “dickish”.

NBC has informed the Penguins that it will not allow the team to broadcast Sunday’s game in Philadelphia, shown nationally on NBC, on it’s outdoor big screen.

NBC has a policy that prohibits teams from carrying its broadcasts on arena screens.

Last season, the crowds outside the Igloo reached several thousand as the Penguins advanced all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals.
