From PittsburghPenguins.com’s Sam Kasan:
Penguins center Sidney Crosby met with Dr. Michael Collins of UPMC Tuesday and is starting his summer program of off-ice workouts. He will be joined by his long-time personal trainer for the next 2-3 weeks as he works back into his routine in Cole Harbor, Nova Scotia, according to Penguins general manager Ray Shero.
“I met with Sid Wednesday before he left for home and talked to Dr. Collins,” Shero said. “(Crosby) will resume his workouts and get back into his program in Cole Harbor.”
