Ward’s glove save on Carle

During the second period of play on Friday night, Cam Ward made a sensational glove save against Matt Carle of the Flyers.  He seemed like he was down and out, but he snared Carle’s shot which was marked for the top shelf.  It was absolutely Ward’s best save of the season and should be, at season’s end, one of the best by any goaltender:

Ho Hum…guess I’m getting spoiled.  Didn’t think it was that great.  The shot certainly wasn’t labeled for the top shelf.
