I thought he did a lot of the same stuff versus Detroit. It just wasn’t looked at because Nashville was winning. I said it before and I’ll say it again. Radulov is a selfish player. Its all about him. Someone on here suggested the Wings should possibly sign him this summer. He is a cancer. I hope he takes his ass back to the KHL so the NHL doesn’t have to deal with him.

This was excellent work by Keith Jones and NBC. Their coverage continues to impress, especially the smooth hosting by Liam McHugh and incisive analysis by Jonesy. Still not sold on Milbury or Roenick however.

He’s skating like the ice is 200’x100’ and the pace of play is more like soccer than hockey, which it is in the KHL. These flaws were bound to show themselves.

Well put, Jonesy!!! Radulov needs to be tuned up. There was no one on that entire roster that I hated seeing score more than him. The guy’s a complete d-bag and a waste of talent. After watching that video where he hit his coach on the bench, I lost all respect for him and he doesn’t deserve to play in the show. It’s surprising a teammate hasn’t got after him. I love soccer, but he’s the offspring of a overpaid soccer diva and Aramis Ramirez. And then an NBA player rounding out the orgy to make things interesting.

There’s also an effort on NBC/NHL’s part to make this guy the epitome of the KHL. If they can make Radulov the KHL and then trash the KHL through Radulov, they don’t have to look at the faults of the North American game. Imagine Crosby went to the KHL and did his patented whine and cheap shot combo that 29 teams in the league see fairly regularly. Would it be right for the KHL commentators to say that kind of behavior is the best the NHL has to offer?

That said, Radulov as an individual hockey player is not pulling his weight. The guy is a loafer. And it was his skate that put Helm out the rest of the year. It may have been an accident, but one I won’t forget soon.

Yeah, he wasn’t good in round one either. Best case for Nashville is, similar to a situation like Hudler, he needed this first go-round back to get used to the small ice and difference in timing, and next year he’ll be much much better. But do they want to sign a guy to a multi-year deal on a chance he might get better? Or will he really be willing to take a one-year deal?

I had a feeling he would leave a big steaming pile of Hudler on the ice in his return for the playoffs.  Nice to know I can still trust my instincts.

Radulov is lazy.  In other news water is wet, and Dale Hunter is a lousy coach…
