Top 50 Players Listed By TSN

TSN has unveiled the NHL’s Top 50 players heading into the 2011-12 hockey season based on selections by a panel of experts, and this year’s top player once again is Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby.

The order for the Top 50 was determined by a cumulative point system based on individual rankings.

Considering that Jeff Skinner was by far Carolina’s best player last season, not Staal, I give this list the usual level of credence for these lists - 0%.

Well, to be fair, this list is the best players in the NHL, not who had the best year last year or who is the best based on one year.

Sorry I would Take Datsyuk & Geno in a Minute over Overblown Ovechkin


Datsyuk is just scary good all around & Geno worked out like a Man possessed this off season & training camp like never before
